Replacement DVD's

I did not receive my issue, what do I do?

Please allow at least 30 days from the mail drop date (see When is PhotoVision mailed?) before requesting a replacement DVD. Replacements are provided at no charge with up to 2 free replacements per subscription year. Replacements must be requested on the Contact Us page and should include your name and current address information. Requests for free replacements must be received within two months of the original mailing or lost DVD charges will apply, see below.

My issue arrived damaged, what do I do?

I received my issue but it will not play, what do I do?

First, be certain that the machine you are attempting to use is DVD compatible. The best way to do this is to test it with a commercially produced movie such as from Blockbuster. If your DVD is defective then request a replacement. Replacements must be requested on the Contact Us page and should include your name and current address information.

What if I've lost, damaged or broken my DVD, what do I do?

If you have lost or damaged one of your issues, we'll be happy to send you another for our minimum credit card charge of $10. Contact us at 888-880-1441 with your credit card and contact information.

What if I move or need to change my address?

Please contact customer service with your old and updated information or call customer service directly at 1.888.880.1441.

It is your obligation to notify us in a timely fashion so no issues are delivered to an improper address. Issues returned to us due to an invalid/non-deliverable address will only be shipped back out at the lost or damaged issue rate.
